India’s National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences has published its official FMGE 2025 Performance Report covering 78,905 candidates from universities across more than 50 countries.

The global average pass rate was 19–24%. GAU exceeded it by more than 30 percentage points in both sessions. Georgia’s national average was 27–32%. GAU exceeded it by more than 20 percentage points.
