Georgian American University is announcing a competition for the Erasmus+ exchange program funded by the European Commission to Kütahya Dumlupınar University, Turkey. The program is announced for Administrative Staff of Georgian American University and the winner will participate in the International Staff Week, organized by the university.

Terms for participants:

  • Administration Staff of GAU are welcome to participate in the selection process;
  • Candidates must have fluency in English on the level of at least B2.

Funding terms:

  • Daily 149 EUR for accommodation and other expenses;
  • 309 EUR for transportation costs (flight).

Selection Criteria:

Documentation required:

  • CV – Europass format in English;
  • Copy of Biometric passport;
  • Passport-sized photo;
  • Completed Mobility Agreement form;
  • Language proficiency certificate.

Mobility Agreement Training

Selection Process:

  • Document Review (Georgian American University);
  • Scholarship (Host University).

Mobility period:

  • International Staff Week 12-16 May;
  • 2 days for traveling.
